8. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Illinois, USA, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
11. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ohio Street Partners regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Material changes will be indicated by revising the date at the top of this page.
